The GPAC nightly builds have been updated to integrated 64 bits binaries.

You are right. It should arrive soon :) In the meanwhile, you can use 'MP4Client' from the command-line: http://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/lucid/man1/mp4client.1.html
